Lichfield Cathedral July 23rd 2016. This video was produced, filmed & edited LIVE by edwardsMEDIA on site, to be screened that evening at the events climax. THE MAGIC OF MILLY INAUGURAL RAINBOW BALL was a special charity event which took place in Lichfield Cathedral on Saturday (July 23) in memory of Milly Jane Hill, a little girl who passed away last year one day before her second birthday. Eoin’s daughter was friends with Milly before she passed.
Friends, family, colleagues and well-wishers are joined forces to raise funds for the Birmingham Children’s Hospital (BCH) at the inaugural Magic of Milly Rainbow Ball with all proceeds going to the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit at BCH, which supported Milly through her two years after she was diagnosed with heart abnormalities. The organisers, led by Milly’s mother Emma, sold 250 tickets for the event and received “overwhelming support” from local businesses, organisations and individuals, to help them to deliver a night to remember. The event was a huge success raising a whopping £30K for the charity.
