In 2015 BAM Construct UK won the project to deliver a £90m prestigious landmark office building in the heart of Birmingham. Situated in the centre of one of Birmingham’s most popular and financial areas, the site for Three Snowhill provided several challenges. Surrounded by a Ring Road, Train Station, Tramlines, a Major hotel and a Police station, Three Snowhill also presented the challenge of having legacy foundations and 5-story basement which required major alterations for the new design.
BAM engaged Slinky to cover the progression of this building in a 5-part documentary series, whilst also showcasing BAM as a company, highlighting their many KSPs and expertise in the industry.

The first phase of the construction of Three Snowhill in Birmingham city centre involves hydro demolition to reconfigure the basement floors and erection of the tower cranes in preparation to start building the 17-storey Grade A office and retail complex.
